Nigeria’s Minister of Transport, Yusuf Suleiman, has called on investors to take advantage of the newly dredged lower River Niger, This Day newspaper recently reported. According to Suleiman, the dredging of the river from Warri, Delta State to Baro, Niger State is nearly 100% complete.
