Oscar Onyema has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of Nigerian Stock Exchange. In August last year the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) removed the former CEO of the bourse, Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke, as part of measures to address “inadequate oversight of the exchange.”
