Description
CA Global: Building and Construction (Africa Positions) has a client looking for a Foreman with good experience in general infrastructure works from building construction to roads. This position will be based in Djibouti.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise all works related to the project on site, and ensure that all works are to specifications
Manage local teams as well as other expats on site
Ensure quality standards are upheld
Ensure that HSE standards are maintained on site.
Attend site meetings
Report back to Project Manager
Requirements:
Professional certification and a tertiary qualification would be highly advantageous
5 - 10 years relevant experience in general infrastructure works
A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position
Experience in leading multicultural teams
Must be fluent in either English or French
Strong leadership qualities
