Senior Human Resources Advisor – West Africa
Our Client is currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to implement Human Resource policies for their project based in West Africa
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
- Work alongside geological managers
- Mentoring and training of locals
- Assist with community relations
- General overseeing of HR functions
- Employee relation management
- Planning and development of efficient HR processes
Requirements:
- Human resources tertiary education
- Experience in the mining industry
- Proactive personality
- Previous expatriate experience is essential
- High computer literacy skills
- Exposure to multiple HR functions
Contractual information:
- Based in West Africa
- FIFO rotation 8/3
- Basic expat benefits
