Quantity Surveyor (Civil/Earthworks) - Ivory Coast
A multidisciplined client who undertakes projects in West Africa is currently on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the civil and earthworks sector to join their team engaged in the Ivory Coast, on a 9/3 week rotation.
You will be responsible for cost considerations associated with the construction of the project.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements of project and provide estimation of project cost to those concerned
- Ensure project budgets are adhered to and not exceeded
- Research into and reporting on subcontractor costs
- Regular reporting to upper management
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Quantity Surveying
-10 years civil and earthworks experience
- 5 years quantity surveying experience
- Excel & Candy Software experience
- Fluency in English
- Experience working as an expat within Africa is a must
