Country Manager – West Africa
Currently seeking a Country Manager, with strong leadership qualities, to oversee their exploration activities and set up operations in West Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, recommend, lead and execute the exploration development plan
- Managing the operations on site
- Ensure all production and budgetary targets and deadlines are met
- Internal development and training of geological team
- Government and third party negotiations
Requirements:
- Geological tertiary education
- Previous iron ore experience
- 10 to 15 years geological experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
