Role:

Achieve annual sales target and foster the development of portfolio by focusing on new clients and new market/business:
• Effective management of relationship with new Telecom customers and prospects inorder to sell solutions and project
• Identify development of existing business through partnership and integration of IT partnership and opportunity to penetrate new markets for OT
• Generation of New Business mainly through new prospects
• Market analysis in order to understand market drivers and trends and better position our offer by proposing adhoc solutions.
• Develop strong relationship with potential third-party/ Partners, Telecom solutions actors on the market through regular contacts and ensure access to latest marketing and product information.
• Identify and contribute to develop indirect sales channels where necessary in order to achieve agreed new business development objectives. This includes sourcing information on industry events, attending conferences, exhibitions, building industry network and working Corporate and Technical Support to develop external partnerships.
• Provide support directly or indirectly to the sales team in order to foster revenues in new business/ opportunities for existing customers

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage the relationships between Oberthur Technologies (OT) and nominated prospects/ customers, in order to identify and understand their needs and the business opportunities for OT.
• Develop a business development strategy based on accurate market information and analysis.
• Qualify and progress all agreed new business opportunities. This includes: ensuring that customers and prospects are informed of latest OT commercial information; ensuring that
• OT has access to accurate and real-time commercial information from customers and prospects; building strong relationships at multiple levels within prospects organisations
• Plan sales activity to deliver forecasted orders/revenues and expedite all necessary actions to indentify customer needs and build associated offer in terms of solutions.
• Develop, maintain and implement Account Plans for assigned prospects, driving input and securing agreement to the Plan from other parts of the business and for development of new business work in cooperation with Key Account Manager, Global Account
• Manager and Technical Support.
• Coordinate, under the guidance and supervision of the Business Director South & Eastern Europe for contracts and pricing negotiations, leading to acceptable contractual terms and conditions.

Profile and Skills:

• Master Degree (preferably in business related subject)
• 5 years in commercial experience
• A professional, positive self-starter, Self motivated and a high level of tenacity
• Experience in sales of IT or security solutions is a must
• Knowledge of telecom industry
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Solid coordination skills externally and internally
• Understand and able to present technical advanced products
• Experience in the marketing of technical offer & solutions
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage others to complete tasks
• Strong analytical skills
• Good presence / charisma and high level of confidence
• Fluency in English is required in this position, French and Portuguese is a plus
