Currently sourcing on behalf of a client for an After Sales Inspector – Parts - Service – West Africa
Overview
Are you in the market for new exciting opportunities? Do you have a passion for working in remote site locations, fluent in the French and have experience working on a mine site within the heavy duty automotive machinery industry? This might just be the opportunity for you. My client, a major player in the global market of automotive and industrial machinery is currently recruiting for their West Africa operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fast after sales service
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers
- Measure customer satisfaction
- Monitor the various departments contributing to customer service in the mining industry
- Promote all products and services
Requirements: Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum BTS technical
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field (preferably in Africa)
- Experience with Caterpillar or dealers is non-negotiable
- Knowledge in mining equipment (preferably the Caterpillar range)
- Must be fluent in French and English
Contractual information:
- Rotation of 8:3
- Residential in West African region
- One year contract with possibility of renewal thereof
Remuneration: Market Related
